Description
An advanced course in cyto-molecular genetics. Topics include the human genome and its complexity, chromosomal anomalies, genomic variation and mechanisms leading to disease, mitochondrial genetics, pharmacogenomics, and cyto- and molecular techniques used in the diagnosis of genetic disorders.
Prerequisite(s): Medical Science 341 or Biology 311.
