Description

An introduction to the foundations of statistical inference including probability models for data analysis, classical and simulation-based statistical inference, and implementation of statistical models with R.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Graduate Certificate in Fundamental Data Science and Analytics, or the Graduate Diploma in Data Science and Analytics, or the Master of Data Science and Analytics.

Courses may consist of a Lecture, Lab, Tutorial, and/or Seminar. Students will be required to register in each component that is required for the course as indicated in the schedule of classes.
