Description
A foundational studio in landscape architecture, introduces to site analysis, planning and design and covers design principles fundamental to the landscape architecture profession. Through an investigation into a topical, issue-based problem, and development of solution(s) in a landscape context, develops skills to interpret and transform landscape components and spatial settings to serve a defined purpose, comprehend context integration and the fabric of design, including landscape morphology and materiality.
Antirequisite(s): Credit for Landscape Architecture 604 and Environmental Design Landscape 667 will not be allowed.
