Description
Considers urban growth management, affordable housing, suburban growth and inner-city redevelopment, current suburban development patterns, as well as current municipal goals regarding density and intensification. Precedents and best practices are discussed. Develops a theoretical understanding and practical insights into these issues through assessment of the social, economic, and spatial aspects related to housing and neighbourhood change.
