Description
Practicum placement focused on experiential learning in the field of wearable technology. The purpose is to broaden the students' scope of practice in the field of wearable technology, to translate classroom learning into an applied work-place setting, and to enhance self-discovery through experiential learning.
Notes: At the discretion of the specialization Director, and with the support of the student's supervisor, and supervisory committee, the student may extend their industry placement no more than twice. Enrolment in Kinesiology 612.02 and 612.03 may be in the form of an extended placement with the original practicum partner or with a new institution.
