Exploration of relational leadership including self-awareness and development of leadership capacity. Students will explore their personal leadership values and the influence of leadership on workplace cultures, team dynamics and quality of healthcare delivery.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to a Master of Nursing program.
Antirequisite(s): Credit for Nursing 690 and 660 will not be allowed.
