Description
Exploration of the theoretical foundations of finance. Topics include the neoclassical theory of decision making under uncertainty, the role of time and uncertainty in investment decisions, contingent pricing and the arbitrage principle, portfolio selection and equilibrium asset pricing, and the role of incentives and information frictions in price formation and resource allocation.
