The MA, course-based is a continuous program with no scheduled break.

This one-year program includes significant independent research, is SSHRC-eligible, and is appropriate for students who intend to proceed to doctoral studies.

All students must be registered full-time. Students may be considered for part-time status with departmental approval. Please consult the Department of English for more information.
