Description

Theories, concepts and research findings of the social sciences relevant to mass communications. Emphasis on the role and function of mass media in modern society and the structure and diffusion of message systems.

Prerequisite(s): Consent of Program Director.

Courses may consist of a Lecture, Lab, Tutorial, and/or Seminar. Students will be required to register in each component that is required for the course as indicated in the schedule of classes.
