Description
Basic principles of pharmacology and mechanisms of drug action for the major drug classes. Clinical applications of these pharmacological principles will be explored and may include consideration of sex, genetics, age, adverse drug reactions and disease states, among other aspects.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the BHSc Honours program; and Biochemistry 341 or 393; and Zoology 463 or Medical Science 404.
