Description
Contemporary approaches to selected works of historical and/or contemporary children's literature. Topics may include the Golden Age of children's literature; picture books; literacy; censorship in children's literature; gender and sexuality; genre; fan culture; reading in the digital age; storytelling; and diversity in children's books.
Prerequisite(s): 45 units including 3 units of courses labelled English at 300 level or above.
