Description

Basics of translation theory and practice for students with sufficient second language background. Establishes a common critical vocabulary to discuss issues in translation.

Prerequisite(s): Consent of the School of Languages, Linguistics, Literatures and Cultures.

Notes: This course is intended for students with intermediate proficiency in the target language.

Courses may consist of a Lecture, Lab, Tutorial, and/or Seminar. Students will be required to register in each component that is required for the course as indicated in the schedule of classes.
