Description
An introduction to land use planning and development issues. Develops knowledge and skills related to community planning processes and essential planning policies for economically feasible, socially inclusive and environmentally sustainable neighborhood development.
Prerequisite(s): Planning 606 or Environmental Design Planning 625.
Antirequisite(s) Credit for Planning 610 and Environmental Design 636 will not be allowed.
