Description
Clinical Skills I introduce MPAS students to the practical and hands-on skills essential for successful healthcare practice. Students will acquire a solid foundation in interpersonal and communication skills required for effective history-taking, physical examination, communication, and medical documentation skills necessary for patient assessment. Students will delve into the critical skill of interpreting diagnostic tests and building procedural skills, bridging the gap between clinical assessment and evidence-based decision-making. This course also includes the requirement of the Medical Terminology Module.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the MPAS program.
