Description
Examines relationships between humans and earth systems from the combined perspectives of anthropology, archaeology, and paleoecology. Focuses on the long term, and specifically on contexts where the actions of past communities structure environmental processes that we take for granted in the present as \"natural\".
Antirequisite(s): Credit for Anthropology 308 and 399.08 (Roots of the Anthropocene) will not be allowed.
