Description
Development of computer-based methods to generate quantitative data from common medical imaging technologies. Traditional and machine learning-based methods of medical image processing and visualization. Techniques and applications covered include image segmentation, image registration, finite element modeling, geometry processing, and deep learning-based image classification and image generation.
Antirequisite(s): Credit for Biomedical Engineering 689 and Medical Science 689.03 will not be allowed.
