I. Reappraisal of Graded Term Work and Final Grades (Final Academic Assessments)
The University acknowledges that there are instances when a student may wish to challenge University decisions about graded term work or final grades (final academic assessments). The following guidelines and procedures deal with those occasions.
The definition for the term “graded term work” is set out in I.2 Reappraisal of Graded Term Work.
The term “final grade or final academic assessment” means the determination of a student’s final level of achievement in a specific course, and includes grades, credit or fail designations, and, if specified in a course outline, assessments of all aspects of professional behaviour.
