For Faculty of Social Work degree requirements refer to:

Enroll in the following Requirement Sets:
Completion requirement
Earn at least 57 credits from the following:

Note: This requirement is waived for degree-holders.

Earn at least 3 credits from the following:

Social Work 201 must be completed prior to entering year 3 of the program. Students who are admitted with 3rd year standing have until the end of Winter Term in the year of admission to complete Social Work 201 if not presented at the time of admission.

Earn at least 60 credits from the following:
Completion requirement
Earn at least 45 credits from the following:

Note: All required 300- and 400-level Social Work courses (21 units), and a minimum of 9 units of option courses of which 6 units are non-social work options, must be completed prior to registering in Social Work 590.

Earn at least 15 credits from the following:
