G.1.2 Identification


Students will be required to provide proof of identity for all in-course assessments, final examinations, final assessments, and deferred final examinations upon request. The University of Calgary (UNICARD) or government-issued photo ID are accepted forms of proof of identity.

A student without proof of identity may be permitted to sit the assessment or final examination with the approval of the instructor and completion of the Student Verification form. Proof of identity must be provided within one business day of the assessment. If the proof of identity is not provided, the student will be referred to the Dean or designate of their home faculty for consideration of disciplinary action.
