Completion requirement

In addition to the Faculty of Graduate Studies' requirements, the Faculty of Nursing requires, at minimum, successful completion of the following:

Each of the Graduate Certificates in Advanced Nursing Practice consist of 12 units of coursework. Course requirements are determined by the specialization.

Complete ANY of the following Course Lists:

All courses in this program require students to attend instructor-led Connect Days, which are delivered online at scheduled dates and times (as listed in course outline). Students who do not attend Connect Days will normally be withdrawn from the associated course.

Completion requirement

Advanced Credit

Not given.

Flexible Grade Option (CG Grade)

The Faculty of Nursing will not permit the Flexible Grade Option (CG Grade) for any course offered by the Faculty.

Students may choose the CG grade in a course taken extra-to-load.

The use of the CG grade will not affect students' ability for internal awards.

Time Limit

The expected completion time for each graduate certificate is 12 months. The maximum completion time for each graduate certificate is 2 years.

Supervisory Assignments

No supervisor will be assigned for the Graduate Certificates in Advanced Nursing Practice I and II.

Completion requirement

No financial assistance is available for this program.
