Executive MBA (EMBA)

In addition to the Faculty of Graduate Studies admission requirements for Admission, the program requires:

a) A four-year baccalaureate degree with a GPA of at least 3.00 on a four-point scale.

• For applicants with a GPA below 3.0: An additional requirement of a score of 500 or higher on the GMAT or completion of the GMAC Executive Assessment with a minimum score of 140.*

OR

• Applicants without a four-year baccalaureate degree may be admissible with a combination of over 10 years of professional work experience and an additional requirement of a score of 500 or higher on the GMAT or 140 on the GMAC Executive Assessment.*

*The final admission decision rests with the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies. See Qualifications (Exceptional Circumstances).

b) A current résumé.

c) A 250-word response to each of two questions provided as part of the application process.

d) For applicants required to prove proficiency in English, a minimum TOEFL (iBT) score of 97 (5.0 for tests taken after January 21, 2026) with no section less than 20 (4.0 in reading, writing and speaking; and 4.5 in listening for tests taken after January 21, 2026), or an IELTS score of 7.0 with no section less than 6.0.

e) The equivalent of at least seven years of work experience, a number of years of which must have carried management or professional responsibility.

f) Two reference letters. References listed on application are emailed a link.

g) Applicants to the EMBA must be eligible to travel internationally.

h) Applicants may be required to participate in an interview.

Admission Deposit

Successful applicants will be required to confirm their acceptance of an offer of admission into the MBA program with an online non-refundable deposit:

Executive MBA: $3,000

The deposit will be credited toward tuition fees upon registration.
